These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Cosmic Digital Universe Incorporated ("CDU"). By subscribing to and using the Mobiscope service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Mobiscope is a digital astrology platform offering daily horoscopes, tarot readings, and Chinese Zodiac insights. Users can explore personalized predictions, personality traits, health, and career guidance. With an intuitive interface, the platform ensures easy navigation and access to astrology content. The service provides:

  • Unlimited access to a curated collection of premium horoscope and astrology content
  • A daily subscription model that auto-renews unless cancelled
  • Seamless horoscope experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop

2. Eligibility & Subscription Conditions

  • Users must be at least 13 years old or have parental/guardian consent to subscribe
  • Users must have a compatible device, an active mobile account, and internet connectivity
  • Users must have authorization from their mobile carrier to subscribe via Direct Carrier Billing (DCB)
  • CDU reserves the right to reject or terminate a subscription at its discretion if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected

3. Subscription & Billing

3.1 Subscription Process

  • Users subscribe by entering their mobile number and verifying with a OTP (One-Time Password)
  • Upon successful verification, the 10PHP daily fee is charged via Direct Carrier Billing (DCB)
  • The subscription will automatically renew daily unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • CDU reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Prepaid users: The subscription fee will be deducted from the prepaid balance. Sufficient credit is required for renewal
  • Additional charges: Accessing Mobiscope via 3G/4G/5G may result in data charges as per the user's mobile plan

4. Service Access & Usage

  • Users can access the Mobiscope portal and view horoscope content on one device at a time
  • Users must not share, sell, or transfer their subscription to others
  • CDU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service for maintenance, technical reasons, regulatory requirements, or service improvements

5. Unsubscription & Refund Policy

5.1 How to Cancel Your Subscription

Users may unsubscribe at any time via:

  • Mobiscope Portal – Navigate to the Profile section and select Unsubscribe
  • Mobiscope Help ChatBot – Navigate to the Help icon on Content Portal > I want to unsubscribe

5.2 Refund Policy

  • All subscription charges are non-refundable
  • If you experience billing issues, contact CDU Customer Support for assistance

6. Account Security & Fraud Prevention

  • Users must keep their account details confidential
  • Sharing OTP codes, passwords, or login credentials with others is strictly prohibited
  • If suspicious activity is detected, CDU reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, and report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities
  • Users must immediately notify Customer Support if they suspect unauthorized access to their account

7. Data Privacy & Security

By using Mobiscope, users consent to the collection of basic personal data, including IP address, mobile number, and device information for service functionality. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

CDU implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to safeguard users' personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. User Responsibilities & Restrictions

8.1 Acceptable Use Policy

  • Users must not misuse the service, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing, resale, or commercial use of Mobiscope content
  • Users agree not to violate any intellectual property rights of Mobiscope, its partners, or content providers
  • The use of VPNs, proxies, or other methods to bypass geographical restrictions is prohibited

8.2 Unauthorized Use & Liability

  • Users are responsible for any unauthorized access or misuse of their Mobiscope subscription
  • CDU shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized transactions or mobile account breaches

9. Service Availability & Limitations

  • Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for issues caused by mobile operators, network failures, or third-party content providers
  • Device Compatibility: Some horoscope content may not be compatible with all devices. Users are responsible for ensuring their devices meet system requirements
  • Service Availability: Mobiscope may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or regulatory changes

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All horoscope content, software, trademarks, logos, and other content made available through the Mobiscope service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and are owned by CDU and/or their respective licensors, content providers, or rights holders. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Mobiscope service without prior written authorization.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

CDU reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via:

  • Official announcements on Mobiscope portal
  • Mobile notifications or email updates where applicable

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Philippines.

In case of disputes, parties agree to resolve issues through negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in Philippines courts.
